Investigate
We’ll start with a 30-minute discovery call to talk through your goals and needs.
This is your chance to ensure Verse is the right fit for you. Upon moving forward, we’ll set the dates for site construction, secured with a 20% deposit.

Imagine
Following your deposit, Verse will send you a unique Brand Questionnaire and a link to your Content Folder. This is a shared space to gather copy, photos, videos, and branding assets.
We’ll also schedule a 30-minute check-in call one week before construction to tackle any questions. Finalized content will be due three business days before site construction begins.

Initiate
After receiving your materials, Verse will build a skeleton version of your site with custom branding and content blocks refined to your tastes. You’ll receive a link to view the design progress in real-time and will have the opportunity to provide feedback directly. After incorporating revisions, the site will be ready to launch.

Introduce
When you are satisfied that we’ve met your vision for the site, we will publish. You’ll receive a site-launch packet with promotional materials and all of the necessary assets to promote your site.
Verse will also send tutorial videos on managing your site as well as provide four weeks of post-launch email support.

Custom websites typically take 2-4 weeks. When we connect, Verse will be able to give you an exact timeline.

A 20% deposit is due at contract signing to secure your build dates. 40% is then due on day one of the build and the final 40% at site launch.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. Verse also accepts credit cards and Apple Pay through Stripe.

The rates do not include hosting or domain. Hosting and domain are recurring annual fees paid directly to your provider. Squarespace pricing plans can be found on their website and your domain can be purchased through Squarespace or a third-party provider like GoDaddy.
All clients receive a 20% discount on their first year of hosting through their partnership with Verse.

Yes. You must have all copy and media ready before we begin. If your content is missing, Verse can’t design your site and your project will need to be rescheduled. If you need assistance with what to include, we can help you set up a content plan.
